I acknowledge any discounts STRICTLY only applies for invoices paid by due date. I accept discount will be void day after invoice due and full price is payable, this is non negotiable. Late fee of $66 per seven days overdue applies.

1. Payments are strictly COD. Any discounts if applicable will be void day after service completed and is non negotiable. 2. All additional works to be quoted onsite. 3. Jobs cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a fee of $125. 4. Unless re-tiling, all works completed are superficial, therefore there may be pre-existing damages to internal of walls which can cause movement over time, as this is out of our control, should you find that the epoxy, grout or sealants pull away or crack, the only long-term solution will be to waterproof and retile. 5. Elite Shower Solutions recommends engaging a plumber before our services as we can not be responsible for any plumbing leaks from pipes or floor waste before or after service completed. 6. Elite Shower Solutions is not responsible for, shower screens, factory seals to shower screen, leaks through shower screens, mould, timber, carpet, gyprock, painting, deterioration not visible at time of the quote and any damages that occurs after the service is completed. 7. Warranty period commences from date of service, provided invoice paid in full including any late fees. Unpaid late fees void warranty claims until paid. 8. The warranty is conditional upon the shower not being used for 24 hours after the service. 9. Building movement, physical damage and further substrate moving, silicone or epoxy separation from walls, grout discoloration or mould excluded from warranty. 10. Should shower continue to leak or in the future and the cause is related to shower screen, you will need to engage in a shower screen company as we will charge a service call fee to return. 11. We offer a is 5-year warranty on epoxy grout. As per BCA & AS 3958.1 standards, wall grout and sealants come with a 1-year warranty. As per QBCC statutory warranty laws, we offer 2 years workmanship for structural and 6 months on non structural. 12. A service fee of $125 is payable should we return after the service and leak is not covered under warranty. 13. Full Terms of Trade, Warranty can be found on our website. 14. Engaging in our services will deem your acceptance of these terms. These terms are not negotiable unless agreed upon in writing. 15. Price Match is for same service. Written quote must be provided.

I understand and accept that unless a minimum of 48 hours notice is given for cancellations and if a technician cannot proceed with the job for any reason there is a $125 call out charge payable by the client.
