I acknowledge that buildings are prone to movement which may cause the grout to crack, split or separate from wall junctions. This is not covered under warranty.

As the managing agent, we acknowledge and agree to the following payment terms: Payment of the invoiced amount will be made within fourteen (14) days from the completion of works, or the owner will be notified of the applicable payment terms. If sufficient funds are not available, the owner is required to pay the invoice directly prior to the due date. A late fee of $95 will apply to any account that remains unpaid fourteen (14) days after completion of works. All works will be placed on hold until the outstanding balance, including any late fees, is paid in full. These payment terms are strictly non-negotiable and will not be waived under any circumstances. Failure to pay the full amount owing, including any late fees, will void all warranties. If you do not agree to these payment terms, please do not proceed with booking our services.

1. Payments are strictly fourteen (14) days. Any discounts if applicable will be void if not paid fourteen (14) days after completion of service and is non negotiable. 2. All additional works to be quoted onsite. 3. Jobs cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a fee of $195. 4. Unless re-tiling, all works completed are superficial, therefore there may be pre-existing damages to internal of walls which can cause movement over time, as this is out of our control, should you find that the epoxy, grout or sealants pull away or crack, the only long-term solution will be to waterproof and retile. 5. Elite Shower Solutions recommends engaging a plumber to inspect pipes as we can not be responsible for any plumbing leaks from pipes or floor waste. 6. Elite Shower Solutions is not responsible for, shower screens, factory seals to shower screen, leaks through shower screens, mould, timber, carpet, gyprock, painting, deterioration not visible at time of the quote and any damages that occurs after the service is completed. 7. Warranty period commences from date of service, provided invoice paid in full including any late fees. Unpaid late fees void warranty claims until paid. 8. The warranty is conditional upon the shower not being used for 24 hours after the service. 9. Building movement, physical damage and further substrate moving, silicone or epoxy separation from walls, grout discoloration or mould excluded from warranty. 10. Should shower continue to leak or in the future and the cause is related to shower screen, you will need to engage in a shower screen company as we will charge a $195 service call fee to return. 11. As per QBCC & AS 3958.1 standards, grout and sealants come with a 12 month warranty. Epoxy is 2-year warranty. As per QBCC statutory laws we offer a six (6) month workmanship warranty. 12. A service fee of $195 is payable should we return after the service and leak is not covered under warranty. 13. Overdue accounts – The debtor agrees to pay all collection costs, interest and expenses, including commission on any unpaid accounts; the parties agree that section 27 of the Qld Act does not apply to the agreement. 14. Full Terms of Trade, Warranty can be found on our website. 15. Engaging in our services will deem your acceptance of these terms. These terms are not negotiable unless agreed upon in writing. 16. Price Match is for same service (retiles excluded). Written quote must be provided.

I authorise Elite Shower Solutions Pty Ltd to carry out the works as quoted. I understand the shower must be clean and unused for 24 hours before and after the service. I accept that cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice, and that a $195 call-out fee applies if the technician cannot proceed due to no power, the shower being used, or lack of access.
